Symbols of the Self (Winter '26)

Symbols of the Self is a 12-week guided journey designed to help you recognize, observe, and work with the primary archetypal roles that make up your internal ecosystem. This is preparatory work for deeper symbolic and shadow exploration — learning how your inner world organizes itself, how different roles interact, and how to relate to them consciously rather than reactively.

This is not a class you attend once a week. It’s a self-directed inner journey, supported by structure, symbolic practice, and a live integration container.

Each week, you’ll receive a set of guided audio practices, delivered on Mondays, including:

An introduction to the week’s archetype
A hypnotic experience of the archetypal way of being
A self-hypnosis practice to observe the archetype in your lived experience
Additional self-hypnosis exercises tailored to the archetype’s role and needs

You’ll work with the materials on your own throughout the week, at your own pace. The following Monday, we’ll meet live for a 90-minute integration session to:

Reflect on what emerged
Deepen awareness through discussion
Engage in a partnered or group exploration
